Why not work my DVD player with RCA cables connected to my Plasma TV?
I only have RCA cables to my DVD player, but when I connect them in the corresponding sockets on my plasma TV, nothing happens (he says there is no signal). If I connect the RCA cable in decision YPbPr (blue, read, green sockets) I can get picture but no sound! Help!
Some DVD players do not give you images from standard video (yellow plug) and component (red, green, candles blue) at the same time and you can change it in the menu. The best way to run a DVD on your TV is via component cable because it is a better picture quality. The component is only the video and need an audio cable (red and white) for sound.
