Question on my plasma TV I just bought?
Hi I have a question / help on this Samsung 42 "plasma TV I just bought, please click here to see it: http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?sku_id=0770HDS0010086387&catid=23525&logon=&langid=EN i just bought and connected to all the chips and then I get to watch TV and after 3 minutes it shuts down and little stars light flashing and a clicking noise starts to go for 1 minute … I really upset I can not watch a TV show complete without shuting off, Has this ever happened to anyone else with your tv or plasma, and does anyone have any the same? Please I would really appreciate if someone could tell me what is wrong with him, he is new. Thanks so much … bye
If everything is connected correctly, then to me it sounds bad. Out Of Box Failure. Ring the store you bought it from and ask for a replacement! All the best.
