Samsung HP-T4264 42 inch Plasma TV. Vertical bands of the last 2 days. Has anyone else found this?
The last 2 days there are vertical lines across the screen. 32 lines alternating Red / Green, about 1 pixel wide. I tried to turn off the power for one hour, all the screen options for restoration, and is the same whether I'm watching cable, DVD, games, and even without the power on. Just wondering if anyone has encountered this problem. I bought the new set of 4 months ago. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
I had a similar problem before. It was fixed by a software upgrade. Check Samsung's website and find a department service next update. Your TV should be covered by manufacturer warranty.
