LCD / Plasma that I should be in this situation?
Thus, the form of viewing distance of TV will be about 10 meters, roughly half feet. It will be used for Xbox360 games, cable (HD once we get the TV) and DVD movies (not HD). Also, I have a budget limited to about $ 1000 (maybe a little more, but I do not want to go over $ 1200 maximum). Thus, the type of TV (LCD / plasma) should I start? What size? 720p or 1080p? Some suggestions as to brand or model will be much appreciated. Personal experience stories will be a great reference too. Also, any suggestions on where to buy the TV would be appreciated. Thank you!
LCDs last longer. Samsung, Toshiba, Sharp, Pioneer are all the big name brands. sortve have a situation similar to that as I was around 10 "TV and a PS3 so I was as big as I could make a fuzzy and got a 42 "37" would be nice too. The price is really coming down so any brand is a good idea. but I recently saw Vizio the company were selling the cheap TV's that were pretty decent quality at BestBuy. About half the price of mine so maybe you should look at it. Things to know: Anything above 42 "pick up anything below 1080p, 720p/1080i its cheaper and you will not notice any difference.
