phillips plasma tv .. can not be?
the usual bright green, even if it did not come and making the "click" sound it makes when you the power. I've called tech support and tried unplugging it, holding the power button. Do not work so they sent me to a man Phillips certified repair (I am not under warranty) anhowis I do not have the $ 500 they want to charge me for the diagnosis, and parts. (That was an estimate!). any ideas on this? What should I do?
I'm afraid you have to pay for that if you want your TV back to normal. Normally difficult customer to accept, but for hi-tech service electronic devices made by replacing the entire circuit board (repair of components not more) is why it is expensive. You can try another service center, but it is not official I am afraid that will do worse defect.
