Can flat-screen TV to shrink the picture for optimum viewing distance?
I'll be buying an LCD or Plasma soon. I'll putting it where I'll be able to see it from any living room, dining table or kitchen. Going by my measurements, the optimal screen size would be 37 "room room, 46 "from the dinner table, or 50" of the kitchen. If I go with the screen 50, can shrink the image to the proper viewing distance image quality without effective? If some models can do so, which?
To answer the question you did not, you can not "shrink" 50 "pic to perform the equivalent of a 37" to 50 "screen, even to go" normal "to expand."
