TV's LCD (liquid crystal display) are in one of the most popular HDTV on the market today. LCD technology is in use for several years. Advantage 3: Size. LCD is available in a range of very large size. You can get anywhere LCD screens from 5 inches to 65 inches or greater. Plasma screens are generally available only in 40 inches or larger scale.

Advantage 4: Price. Although plasma are getting cheaper, you still save a few dollars by going with an LCD. Most people do not may not even know the difference between LCD and plasma to save a few dollars and go LCD. With our current economy, who do not want to save money?

Advantage 5: Mounting on the wall. You can build more wall LCD or plasma HDTV's. Wall mounting is a great option for several reasons. First, it seems very style and modern. Second, it frees up space in small or cluttered rooms. Finally, you can mount them with a swing arm so you can position your in any direction you want.

These are some of the most common benefits listed for LCD TV's on other types of high-definition TV. Each has its pros and cons, but these advantages may persuade you to buy LCD.
