plasma tv specs
EXACTLY as you have a computer connected to LCD TV?

READ CAREFULLY here. I have a Sharp Aquos 37 "LCD TV. There were many models of 37" Aquos. Mine did not come with a VGA adapter. He came with a video adapter HDMI, component, composite and S-. At 37 "the native resolution is not and the common struggle of video cards with him. I have 3 computers connected to this TV in every way possible, using every possible cable and resolution. Nor have I no picture, image blurry, pixelated image or ghost image. When used as a TV, it's awesome! When used as a monitor, is very poor. I WANT EXPERIENCED OPINION EVERYONE about what they prefer an LCD TV (not plasma) and I want all the specifications as well please. I want to know what cable you are using and how it connects. Is component, composite, DVI / HDMI VGA S-video and coaxial. I wonder what video card and resolution you are pushing. What the native (preferred / Default) resolution is the LCD TV. What size is the TV, model # etc. Please do not try to solve my problem, just tell me what you run!

I have connected my computer to my 60 "rear projection Sony HDTV 1080p via VGA. VGA or better yet, DVI is the best way to connect a computer to the TV. contrast, using S-Video or composite video will only give you a maximum of 800×600 in 4:3 (not 16:9 / widescreen) Your TV will try this upscale, resulting the imprecision that you are reporting. Make sure your computer can also support the TV native resolution (for me, is 1920×1080, non-interlaced/progressive scan) Although the video card in my computer can handle it, the video card in my laptop can not. So I have to send to 800×600, which results in the screen to be "boxed" on my TV, as opposed to using the entire screen, in addition to being distorted due to my TV upscaler. If your video card does not seem to support it, do not despair. When I changed to a standard CRT monitor to a widescreen one, my old computer does not display correctly until I updated the video drivers. This enabled him to handle the resolutions monitors today and the latest LCD HDTVs. While video card your computer has more than 64MB of memory, you should be fine.
