Plasma TV Image Retention / Burn-In Problem?

I had this plasma TV 32 "Insignia for about 3 months now, and I watch about 3-4 hours per day. I'm not a technical guy so I do not know anything about image burn-in or something. Earlier today, I left my PS3 for about 45 min with a pause menu in NCAA 2009. I went back and there is a fuzz staticy rose in several parts on the screen while the top looks like the remains of a scoreboard. Is highly especially noticeable when displaying white text on black background. This is a temporary thing or is it unfixable? I read some things and now it seems it could be or image retention, which can be repaired in time just by watching mobile TV, or burn-in, which apparently is difficult and perhaps impossible to correct. I can not show a static image (for 24 hours or w / e) since I live in an apartment and he only has options Air / Cable TV, all I see is a blue screen and no lime or protection option on the remote control. So Idk nothing I can do?

He may eventually disappear. Here is some information Useful http://www.plasmasaver.com/burnin.html If you can connect a DVD player as a whole, the PlasmaSaver might be worth trying. 45 min is not long, and should not have caused noticeable burn-in. Unfortunately, I think that indicates that your TV Insignia uses older technology that was more prone to burn-in. However, since it was only a short time, which means it is more likely to disappear.

Incredible!!!! Samsung 50 inch plasma screen problem!
