You can see the writing on the wall of the week. Rates fell dramatically right along with a rate cut. The economy is deep in the shitter and one of the ways to stimulate it is to drop interest rates – including rates mortgage. The mortgage industry will always come with 10-BS techno mumbo-jumbo reasons why the rates are not tied to anything that happens to go down – but it is their job! They want you to get the highest rate of not the least. So why do many believe their propaganda? You store the heck out of a new Plasma TV, but content yourself away TENS of thousands of its future income based on what a financial adviser or dunderhead idiot here spews about having to take a higher rate. Why do Americans fall for it every time around?!
