When she finally opened the box, there was a horrified look on his face. The satin dress was pretty full of black spots of mold in hundreds of places. I never saw so helpless in my life!
I tried to console her by saying that the dry cleaning can have the perfect solution for those unpleasant growths and spots, but she was inconsolable. She said she had tried to wash the clothes have also been spotted with black mold, without success. It was then that I started on the internet to see if there was really nothing I could do.
I thought pretty soon that there was indeed a way to get rid of black spots of mold, but would not be easy. First, I covered my face with a mask, protective gloves, and even used plastic glasses to cover my eyes while working on the sweater.

However, for something as delicate as a dress, the only way to clean the black spots of mold is soaking in a large bowl and try to hand wash most of the stain out.
The spots, as I expected, were not completely removed the first time, so I had to repeat these steps – immersion in solution, gently massaging the areas, and rinse – at least three times in order to get the points out ugly.
If that still does not work, you can use mold remover, as a last resort – those that are used to remove the patches of mold bathrooms and floors. These Black mold removers can be quite harsh, however, and could stain your clothes. Well, since the dress was white, I was able to spray on some of the mildew remover, without sacrificing color dress.
Just a note – mold removers can not be used for shirts guys, as they faded. You can only take the path that the only other alternative is to throw the shirt away precious.
This is precisely the reason why important and expensive pieces of clothing should be stored properly, if not will be used for many years. Have the pieces dry cleaned before storage and wrap them in acid free paper before putting them in a box of clean water in a cabinet free or storage area.
