TVs Monitor VS … im a total newb, please help?
Ok, so here's the deal, we have this HD Plasma Monitor made by Hitachi, but for us to watch cable television, had to buy a box of television, basically convert all because the monitor had no HDMI port, no standard slots components, Composite or slots. When I look around the monitor, there's 5 slots in a single line about the size you would put the component or composite, except that each has a letter above them and not color. this will FromLeft right. H> R> G> B. When I look at the holes slot, inside they are whitish coloried, and not look like a standard component (such as my video game console) could fit. I really want to experience these games in HD. There are two slots on the other: the first involves RGB1 (Sub D-IN), and the other says RS232C-IN. These two seem to be ports MALE. Any way I could connect the component to this monitor?!? thank you very much!
give model number to be sure, but here goes. HRGB support for horizontal sync, red, green, blue, known as a sign of a component. I suspect that the contact you have is a BNC adapters are available.
