New Viera Plasma damage direct sunlight?
Hi im looking for a response from experts, I have a new plasma TV, however, it just fits with the rear facing a double glass window, I try to close the curtains when the sun is strong, however, he was exposed, sometimes circuit boards are exposed the sun through holes in the back of the TV, it will damage a plasma tv? Im thinking UV light may play a role
I also have a plasma Viera and the heat that the TV itself generates wouldnt think the sun could make it hotter than it usually gets that I am not quite sure Panasonic would have some type of construction guard against overheating as some people to build the TV on the wall and it would restrict airflow and cause more damage than the sun.
