New Panasonic Plasma 42 "TV does not turn on at all! Power is ok, cable is ok, 2 one today!?
I have checked everything I can think of. I just to buy (the second in a row) a Panasonic plasma 42 "tv model # th42px75u. I turned it on (both the same question) and tried to call and it just clicks. A light red flashes intermitently. No power. We went back to January 1 assuming that was defective. Now, with the same problem on TV 2, there is a period of warming or something? Or I just got 2 bad tv's in a row? I read about a switch that is $ 0.25 that people need to replace, but that after more than a year. Tried various establishments, all are functional. We tried the power cord that came with the TV as well as a similar cable generic brand new. Too unplugged all the same outlet. Again everything / nothing I can think of. HELP! WHAT TO DO?! THANK YOU! The Red Sox are playing now and has taken the TV to others! (The light still flashing in red next to the power button on the front, but there is no more noise by now.)
Can not help directly with the problem, but try the service through a mechanism of e-mail on the web. They are very helpful.
