Calibration settings for a Panasonic TC-P50S1 plasma TV?

I have been looking on the internet and have had little luck. Furthermore, I know that there is a "warm up" period for the plasma TV. You use the factory settings for the warm up or are there other settings I need to do?

Its kind of debatable whether or not a modern Plasma really need to be conditioned. But considering how much you spend on the TV, as well as you can. There is no set of values for it. But basically just crank the brightness and contrast (picture) settings way down to the first 100-200 hours of operation. And do not make any game in which for the first 50 hours of operation. I would not call levels unwatchable, but its unlikely "boring" to watch during this time (at least with dark scenes). I think something like 20-25%, perhaps, brightness, at least. Definitely, a little less factory. The final optimization, Otherwise I would have a Blu-Ray or DVD calibration. I think it will better help you optimize your configuration. Part of the optimization is based on the lighting conditions of your room. Then, using someone else's settings can be really off your room. The disc will have images on the screen that you calibrate against, then it will automatically take into account the lighting conditions. You can find disks in most stores these days TV.
