I recently bought a plasma TV from LG and is now giving me a lot of trouble!?
When I change channels closing On & Off and sometimes I can not even get the TV. Occasionally I get it and then make this pop "random" sound before turning off on me. I contacted LG and they sent a local company to fix it and three times they have done it, but when the TV is returned to me after a few days he will begin doing the same thing again. I am very frustrated and not the LG or the furniture company where I bought it seems to care. I wonder if someone bought a TV like this (http://us.lge.com/products/model/detail/tv|audio|video_plasma% 20panel__42PC3DV.jhtml% 20flat) and if so, you have problems? What did you do?
sure to keep all service requests and service documented customer. ask to speak with a supervisor and explain the whole situation. few days is never enough time to diagnose and solve a problem of repair. Hope its not being "aggressive" and they are just coming back to you for you off the phone and back. Average return is about 2-3 weeks later, sometimes more, depending on the number / availability module on this new material
