I have an HP Plasma Pl4260n .. audio is not great for movies .. Can anyone suggest an audio setup outside?
Specifically looking for a speaker setup that does not require speakers wall mount ..
I recommend a surround sound system with built a DVD player. You can use a digital audio cable, coaxial or optical preferred to play on the TV speakers (which you have the outputs to the TV) and the DVD will automatically play in surround. Note, however, that the only HD channels are encoded with digital audio channels normal and it will play in stereo sound although they should play by all the speakers. Buying Speaker Stands is a great alternative to mounting speakers on the wall. I hope this helps.
